Biography
Thurman Hodder, age 68, of Palmer, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2010 in his home. He was born January 23, 1942 in Crockett, Texas to Johnny and Jewel (Tabor) Hodder. Thurman married Helen Hutchins on October 27, 1968 in Hearne, Texas.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Hodder of Palmer; two sons, Wayne Hodder and his wife, Sharon of Summersville, MO and Mark Hodder of Palmer; one daughter, Cindy White of Palmer; 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; three sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Thurman was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers.
Memorial services are scheduled for 1PM Friday, February 5, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Palmer with Pastor David Gradberg officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home in Waxahachie.
